Our technicians will repair your damage using a Hot Staple Gun
They will clean out the area thoroughly, then the hot staple gun will melt metal staples into the existing plastic, achieving a strong repair.
We may also repair the area using a stainless steel mesh or ABS plastic rods, rejoining the polymers with a hot mesh welder, giving a permanent plastic repair.
The areas will then be primed, colour matched and painted to complete the plastic panel caravan repair, restoring the original look of the caravan
Fibreglass Repairs

Caravan panels can be made from fibreglass.
Although fibreglass is a strong material it can be damaged by awning poles, scratches or scrapes from walls or gateposts, weather damage, stress cracks or damage caused by road incidents, amongst other reasons.
Damage to the fibreglass panel is repaired by rebuilding the area using fibreglass matting and fibreglass resin. Filler is added to achieve a smooth finish and then a primer is applied. Fibreglass caravan repairs are finally painted, using our specialist paint mixing system, restoring the visual appeal of the caravan.
